Under the Premium Plan you simply maintain the proper water level, let the pool equipment run, and contact us of any problems. Lake Mary Neighborhood Pool Cleaners stands by our work. Pool owners on this Premium Plan are visited each week (during the late Fall/Winter twice a month is optional from October till March) by an experienced and insured Lake Mary pool specialist.

We test your pool water and apply chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

We net your pool.

We vacuum your pool.

We check your pool equipment.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

Your Responsibilities

Maintain proper water level.

Keep the pool equipment operating approving repairs when necessary.

Report any findings of swimming pool issues.

Notes

There might be additional startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.

Monthly plan cost based on a four week billing period.

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Quarterly filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to boost the stabilizer, perform a filter cleaning with acid and remove phosphates. A stabilizer treatment and filter cleanings cost $49 each quarter for customers on our weekly service plans.
